Based in Houston, Texas, we operate as a professional wholesale distributor and retail reseller, partnering with reliable U.S. carriers to ensure your orders are processed efficiently, shipped securely, and delivered on schedule.

1. Order Processing & Handling Times

We strive to process and dispatch all orders promptly from our distribution facilities:

  • Standard Retail Orders: Orders placed by individual retail customers are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal U.S. holidays).

  • Wholesale & Bulk Orders: Business-to-Business (B2B) orders, palletized shipments, and multi-case wholesale orders typically require 2 to 4 business days for order verification, quality inspection, and packaging prep.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted after 2:00 PM (CT) or on weekends and federal holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

To guarantee secure and reliable delivery, we partner with established, premier U.S. shipping carriers and freight providers, including:

  • Parcel Shipping: UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL (for standard retail orders and small-to-medium B2B shipments).

  • LTL & Palletized Freight: Reliable Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) commercial freight carriers for high-volume wholesale shipments and palletized deliveries.

Note: The selection of carriers and shipping methods depends on the destination address, total order weight, and package dimensions.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout or quoted directly by our wholesale account managers based on order volume, weight, and destination. We offer several delivery options within the continental United States:

  • Standard Ground Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

  • Expedited & Priority Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1 to 3 business days after dispatch (available at checkout for eligible items).

  • Wholesale Freight Deliveries: Transit times for commercial LTL freight shipments will be coordinated directly with our wholesale purchasing and logistics team upon order confirmation.

4. Shipping to Amazon FBA & Commercial Fulfillment Centers

As an experienced wholesale distributor, JLHGEXPRESS LLC provides dedicated shipping and preparation support for e-commerce sellers, brands, and retail partners utilizing third-party logistics (3PL) or Amazon Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA):

  • FBA Prep Compliance: We strictly adhere to marketplace packaging, box-labeling (FNSKU/UPC verification), dunnage, and palletizing standards to ensure seamless receiving at warehouse facilities.

  • Direct-to-Warehouse Transit: We facilitate direct shipments from our Houston distribution facilities to designated commercial warehouses and fulfillment centers nationwide using authorized partner carriers.

5. Order Tracking & Notifications

Once your order has been processed and dispatched from our facility, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) and a direct link to monitor your shipment’s progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier’s system to update the tracking information. For palletized wholesale orders, dedicated freight tracking and Bill of Lading (BOL) documentation will be provided by your account manager.

6. Address Accuracy & Modifications

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout or during wholesale account setup:

  • Address Verification: We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

  • Address Changes: If you need to modify your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the shipment leaves our facility; however, once an order is in transit, address modifications cannot be guaranteed.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

We take great care in inspecting and securely packaging all goods prior to shipment. However, in the rare event of transit-related issues:

  • Damaged in Transit: Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If your shipment arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damaged packaging and goods, and notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can initiate a carrier claim and assist you with a resolution.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your shipment, please check with neighbors, building management, or local carrier depots. If the package cannot be located within 3 business days, please contact us to open an official investigation with the carrier.

8. Shipping Restrictions & International Orders

  • Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including commercial business addresses, residential addresses, and verified fulfillment centers.

  • P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO: Standard parcel orders may be shipped to P.O. Boxes or military addresses via USPS. However, oversized parcels and wholesale freight deliveries require a physical street address.

  • International Shipping: At this time, our primary operations and distribution pipelines focus on the United States market. For special international wholesale inquiries, please contact our purchasing department directly.
